This hotel is not newly renovated or opened. I heard that it has a new owner, so don't be deceived. Ctrip should also check it carefully to prevent customers from being deceived again. The hotel is just terrible. I barely stayed for one night. The WiFi is also broken, and the automatic electric door is also broken. Ctrip should refund me the full amount!

The hygiene is very bad with no complete basic needs like hair dryer. Can found stain and hair on the bedsheet. The carpet in the room looks filthy. Can found dust

I was quite surprised as the room condition was really run down. There was a tear along the towel, the bathtub was not clean, the chair was in a bad condition. I was given a room with a projector which was not what i booked for. I tried to change the booking date as my partner was unable to make it on the day. I find that the receptionist was rude when I informed them that my partner may not be able to join me and the reply i received was "even better if he can't make it". I checked out earlier than the check-out time.
