There are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. Although the room service staff cannot speak Chinese, they will still try their best to help solve the problem.
The hotel is in a good location, with two subway stations and countless bus stops nearby. It is surrounded by Chinatown and has many delicious foods.
The rooms do not provide tea bags or mineral water, but you can get them in the public space on the second floor. The laundry room is on the third floor, and washing and drying costs 10 SGD.
The bedding is very comfortable.
The disadvantage is that the room is too small and the layout is unreasonable. The toilet in the bathroom is very small and not easy to use. The shower space is only the size of a body.

Perfect location. Tiny rooms (unless you book one with a terrace), but clean and comfortable. Other reviewers complained that the walls were thin, but I didn’t notice any noise from the people on my hall. I appreciated the free coffee, refillable water bottles, and second-floor lounge and kitchen.
