Overall cleanliness okay but I did find some dirty spots and we have a broken sink.. room was rather spacious and hotel has good amenities like gym. Though I think staff can exercise more flexibility with the request for late check out timings and sentosa gantry QR code (we left the we codes in the room and called the hotel to ask for virtual pictures of the we codes as sentosa gantry will incur certain charges, however was told by staff that they can’t do virtually). Hotel also didn’t allow me to modify my dates, even though I was able to provide medical leave and was very sick for my initial booking dates. They insisted for a charge (S$119) to modify my hotel booking dates.

The TV in the bathroom was so terrible. U can't even watch anything cz there was so much static. The staff told me that the management has been told the situation but never do anything to change the tvs.

loved how quiet the ppace was. a tad bit far but its okay for some getaway. told them it was a birthday and they sent a cake when we were back. very friendly and nice people 🫶
