Park Avenue Clemenceau

We stayed for a week during our vacation at Park avenue Clemenceau. Everything about this place was great right from staff, location, accessibility and cleanliness. Having a full equipped kitchen was added advantage for our 1 bhk room. Special mention to Vijaya at the front desk who made us feel welcome and was very helpful and courteous. Between the MRT about 250 metres away and bus station right under the hotel, it is most well connected to explore singapore city, sentosa island and mandai reserve. The CS fresh grocery store open till 10:30 pm within same building adds to the convenience of this place. While there was a washer and dryer, adding a dish washer would be great addition for the 1 bhk. Clarke quay is a short walk away and great for food.

We recently stayed at Park Avenue and had an outstanding experience. The facilities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. Vijaya, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offering helpful recommendations and addressing my family’s needs promptly. Highly recommend Park Avenue for a delightful and stress-free stay.

Our stay at Park Avenue was truly remarkable. This place has it all, from beautiful, newly-renovated apartments to a location that is absolutely perfect and a great point from which you can discover Singapore and visit your favourite areas. Being on the river you have access to beautiful walks along the waterfront that can take you to vibrant Clarke Quay, restaurant-filled Boat Quay, the business district and ultimately the Esplanade/Marina Bay. Popular areas such as Orchard Road and Chinatown are also within walking distance, and for those planning on exploring the city via MRT (Singapore's subway network) there is an underground station across the street from Park Avenue. Options galore so get ready to explore! The apartments are equipped to the highest standards, from a fully-functional kitchen to modern bathrooms and well-designed bedrooms, each of which has its own, individually-controlled aircon setting. The beds are marvellous with comfortable mattresses and premium linen, ensuring that the sleep quality is heavenly. I believe what makes every experience truly special are the people who make it all happen. Special mention goes to Director Eddie Chan, who took the time to meet us personally during our stay as well as Lynn Tay, Vijaya and Zhi Hui from the front desk who have all been welcoming and helpful throughout our time at Park Avenue. Excellent service by Reception staff especially Vijaya she was very polite and extremely helpful with checking in and when we checking out especially as we had a very late flight back to the uk allowed us to use our room until leaving for the airport.

We loved Singapore, and if we visit again, we will 100% be staying here. We LOVED it, incredible value and I literally have nothing bad to say about it at all. The staff are all very friendly and helpful just as all the other reviews say. Our apartment was spotless on our arrival and the housekeepers do such a good job, every time they came in the apartment was perfect. The apartments have everything you need, lots of space and room for our family, honestly perfect. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, next to fort canning park. Metro close by. A short walk to clarke quay. Supermarket in the adjoining building. Very family friendly. Don’t hesitate to book here! I hope we are able to stay here again. Thanks for a great trip!

We liked: Very welcoming reception staff; special thanks to Vidaya, for all her help. Maps available at check in. Spacious modern apartment, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and furnishings. Modern equipped kitchen with utensils and an efficient washer dryer. A reasonable sized swimming pool is on the 5th floor, again spotlessly clean. A few minutes walk from Fort Canning MRT station and a short walk to Robertson Quay and Clarke Quay. There is an excellent supermarket on the 1st floor of the adjacent shopping centre and a 7/11 mini market on the ground floor. For a drink/snack, we loved the Sque Bar at Clark Quay Central, outside seating which overlooks the river. Things that could be better: For starters, let me say that we would be more than happy to return here and because the good bits were so good. The hotel is a little difficult to find, and with the refurbishment is currently only announced by temporary signage. Take the lift to the 5th floor to the welcoming reception area. The spotless bathroom looks great but needs a little tweaking. The shower curtain is inadequate for the bath design and the water is channelled from the back of the bath onto the bathroom floor. Housekeeping is every 2-3 days, which is fine, it is an apartment after all and the cleaner is excellent. But the "housekeeping rounds" commence at 9:00am. This is very early for a self catering establishment, particularly as many guest have travelled from different time zones.

Great staff, recently renovated room, and excellent location near to the UE Square Mall, MRT, and lovely Fort Canning park. I would recommend Park Avenue Clemenceau without reservation. Special mention: Vijaya at front desk is very very helpful and always cheerful.

I stayed at head suites for 19 nights on a business trip. Recently renovated rooms, all new appliances and furniture. Bed was extremely comfortable , rooms quiet and plenty of space to work from the suite. Good access to public transport and plenty of choice of nearby restaurants

Stayed here for 12 days and it was perfect for us. Close to clarke quay and Robertson quay (in our seventies and we walked easily). It was very humid and the apartment washer/dryer got a workout. Comfy bed and pillows and fully functioning kitchenette if you need it as well as full size fridge. Pool was great after a day out or simply a “relax day”. The staff were so helpful. This apartment has bus stop at the door and fort canning MRT station about 200metres. We used the buses and trains every day to go somewhere it walked. Both 7 eleven and CS supermarkets next door. We would definitely stay again if we get back to Singapore.
