Literally non-existent service. Downloaded the app to check in but got errors saying wrong booking code. End up had to go down to the front desk only to be told the booking number from Trip.com is different from the hotel booking number. Wasted a stressful 10 min in a super small lobby full of people to fill up my details in the app which need to scan IC and input credit card details.
Room was small and bed wasn’t too comfortable. Cleanliness was ok. However there was no bottled water and toothbrushes provided. Even the cheap hotels in Geylang provides water which is BASIC. There was hot water for the shower, but it lasted only like 7-8 minutes, then become cold water!!!!!
When leaving the hotel, the lift broke down and had to walk down 5 floors of stairs to exit via a very cramp and dirty backdoor of a restuant.
Would not return again. $140 is not worth it for day use of 8 hours stay.
