Excellent location with many services around: food, drink, MRT, buses,…
Excellent services from hotel and their staffs: Ed, Kim and Ryan. We enjoyed alot while staying there. The room is so good equipped, clean, tidy. Everything was perfect for our stay. Sure I will be back for next trip to Singapore at Herritage Collection!

Ryan, Ed & Kim provided great service during the stay. You can ask any questions about the hotel via WhatsApp at any time, and the responses are very timely. The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Chinatown, the National Gallery, and the church. There are also Jumbo Seafood and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh about five minutes away. The Purple Line and Green Line MRT are very convenient to go anywhere. It is a great hotel

This apar**ent is clean and convenient, with laundry and drying facilities. It is very considerate of the guests and very comfortable to stay in. The only thing that can be improved may be communication: too many emails, repetitive and not targeted.

The location of the hotel is very good, near Clarke Quay, not far from anywhere. There is a delicious Bak Kut Teh on the right hand side of the door. There are many bars and places to eat when you cross the road. Turn left and there are many restaurants by the river. Ryan, Ed and Kim, three staff members, have very good service attitude, smiling, serious and responsible.

It's in a great location, about 5 minutes walk from Clarke Quay station, and you can walk to the Merlion.
The room is perfect and I think it will be fine for a stay of a few days.
Before checking in, I contacted the staff via WhatsApp to store my luggage, and they were very kind even though I could not speak English very well.
