一進房間看到衞生紙堵着的貓眼，幾個不穿鞋到處走來走去的老闆/店員，揮之不去的潮濕臟味兒，洗不到十分鐘就沒有的熱水，還要掛了免打擾牌子依然擅自闖進來打掃衞生還把我外賣新買的床單床罩全拿走不還我的清潔工…真的很崩潰，不知道他的評分怎麼大於4的，按正常標準2還差不多。 有個老闆非常沒禮貌，每次我回去都粗魯的問我“what？”然後跟着我一起進電梯，還不能取消預訂，算我倒黴，最後幾天住了其他酒店，最後回這家店收東西就發現他們拿走我的請勿打擾牌子把我在新加坡因為嫌他們臟特意新買的床單床罩枕頭全拿走不知去向了。噁心到了極點，大家儘量避雷。最後推薦一下m social，就在離他們不遠的地方，多加幾百塊住的安心一點

No service crew at check in counter. Called the number displayed on the desk and no one answered. In the end waited fat lobby for more than 20mins. Finally managed to check-in when the only staff went shower.
