Thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience at our serviced residence. ------We sincerely apologise for the shortfall in our service whereby our housekeeping team members did not notice the stain on the bedsheet when preparing the 11th level Studio Executive apartment for your stay and we assure you our Housekeeping Manager has since counselled our team members concerned. We would also like to share that after closely inspecting the bedsheet, it was found that the stain was an old lipstick stain which was not removed during the laundry process, and we have since removed this bedsheet from our inventory.----------We read with disappointment about your experience with our service and we regret if there was any confusion caused when your husband approached our Guest Service team to inform us of the stain on the bedlinens. -------Please allow us to clarify as your husband approached our team at 2:15AM on 14 JUN 2023 and as our housekeeping department was closed, our team member immediately offered your husband a change of apartment from the 11th level Studio Executive to another on the 15th level which you and your husband agreed to. -------While we constantly strive to maintain the highest standard of customer satisfaction, it is most unfortunate we have fallen short of your expectations.
