Booked the Oasis Junior Suite and I enjoyed myself thoroughly. Upon arrival, hotel staff handed me a cake to wish me Happy Birthday and had a fun time with my family and friends. The room was spacious, and the service was excellent. If I were to host another event, it will be here at Grand Park :)

love how high tech the room is
uses touch screen to control the light and ac
comfortable bed with 2 lights on each side of the bed
toilet comes with a inhouse sauna and very good smelling soap
hotel surprised me and my bf to heart swan

Nearby city hall station and the location is in the central of Singapore. Really good transportation if you would like to be convince with transportation, it would be highly recommended.

Bedroom design ok, impossible to make the domotic lighting system work, if you are in bed and want to turn off the lights you have to wake up.
Gym without water, broken water dispenser, entrance door not working, similar temperature of outside, if you’re planning to do cardio, you can sweat for sure!

New/newly refurnished Hotel is opposite Execlusor Hotel. Near Funan mall and 6mins walking distance to City Hall MRT exit next to Armenia Church. Easy to get food and shopping.

Execellent room for short vacation, clean and huge room, close to nearest train station. Friendly staff. With gym and swimming pool.

Grand Park City Hall is an excellent hotel in the city that offers nice accommodations and exceptional service. The rooms are spacious,modern and tastefully decorated with comfy beds and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The location is close to many attractions,shopping and dining options. Staffs are friendly,professional and always willing to help with anything you need. The hotel is a great choice for travellers looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Singapore. 👍

Went for a local staycation and the carpark was really hard to find. We requested for an extra towel for our little boy but it never came. However, both our early check in and out request were accommodated. Breakfast spread was really limited at level 3, can skip if you’re not getting it as part of the package deal that includes breakfast.
Overall the hotel is clean and comfortable to stay. Their pillows are really small but it was ok for a night.

Fantastic Hotel! Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help.
Check in was quick and easy, lifts work on a card and touch screen basis which is easy to use. Reception extended our room till 2pm free of charge and not much extra to keep it till 6pm.
As a western visitor i struggled finding reviews of the breakfast.... best ive had in years of visiting Singapore. Fresh fruit, Yoghurt, juices and cereals. Breads, meats, salmon & pastries. Eggs boiled or fried on buffet but can order an omelette, sunnyside up eggs or poached eggs free of charge. Bacon, beans, mushrooms, asian breakfast inc sui mai,bao buns and noodles. Pancakes or waffles with berries and maple syrup. You wont go hungry.
We had a twin deluxe room, lovely! Aircon and a ceiling fan both great. Lighting works off a panel.on the wall but easy enough to work. Cleaned every day, iron and ironing board in room and great hairdryer. Beds were really comfortable.
Pool area was lovely and quiet. Pool not deep so great for families too. Pool towels provided and food and drinks served at pool.
Honestly, apart from no hangers in the wardrobe i couldn't find a fault (ive spend over 20yrs in travel industry so can easily be critical). I would definitely stay here again!
