Second time here. Nice location. Staff very friendly. Confirm I will check in again there.

Very old building and facility hotel. Smooth check in process, but location is not sheltered from train stations.

1. About cleanliness a. Towels became dirty but were not changed. b. Cups were not washed. The Tea stains were kept in the cup. c. No new slippers were provided even my friends and I stayed for seven nights. d. The washing basin deck in the bathroom was not cleaned. The stains were clearly seen. 2. Notices were not placed in noticeable places. The Pest Control Misting Exercise notice was placed close to the cup/glass on the table. It was unnoticed until we packed our bags for checking out. I placed most of my things in the suitcase. There should be ample space for putting it somewhere easily noticeable. Or else it could be stuck onto the mirror/wall in the room. 3. No built-in USB socket It is rather inconvenient and unexpected not to have built USB socket on the wall. 4. Lighting: not bright enough

Room is bigger than normal hotel in Singapore Close to MRT, very convenient

The said location is great and near to Bugis junction, Bugis Street and MRT stations. Lots of great food around the vicinity.

Repeat stay, great location with direct access to mrt at doorstep. Nearby to city area and Bugis street. Room cleanliness consider acceptable, but do expect signs of aging with wear and tear as the hotel is pretty old. Service from reception is good and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel for short stay in city area with unbeatable room price.

This is a great place to stay... worth the money... Staff people were all kind and helpful. Room is spacious and like 5 star in the Philippines...Near, walking distance to 7/11 Bugis Mall and you can walk going to Litte India as well... close to Merliin and Marina bay area...you can take grab from the hotel going to tourist place, it's affordable if you are 3 or more.. Thank you to the Hotel Queen Royal Staff...

The hotel is pretty old and lack of maintenance, the windows is not sound prevented and getting noise early in the morning. The pool was under restoration and the gym is too tiny, hardy to use. Breakfast is below available. The only good thing is the location, convenient and allowed me to run to downtown and the Victoria house. Will not stay here if come again.

#basic hotel, reasonably affordable by Sg standard costs good position, 10 min walk to Bugis centre and MRT # so called Premium room has no bathrobe as in other hotels , or shampoo in useable tubes, just a squeeze bottle in the shower. # breakfast fairly limited range for Europeans, no ‘egg station’ cooking fresh, just lukewarm precooked scrambled .usual cheap cardboard bread. #does have range of fruit, musli, and a coffee machine yaay! # aircon was noisy so check before yiu try to sleep. #cheers to housekeeping who briungt a new fridge in 20 min as the one there was not working 👍

Location is central to many places as there are 3 to4 train lines within a short walk. Room was neat , clean and comfortable. We had a slight issue with the AC vent at the top and the service technician came swiftly to fix it. And at the same time pointed out the mould building right under the vent. It was wiped out quickly. I’d like to suggest labelling the DND and Make Up Room switches as we accidentally switched on Make Up Room and the housekeeper came knocking at 8.30am. Otherwise all is good. Thank you.

Big room and comes with bath tub Carpet is a bit sticky probably prev guest spilled something but oversll suprr good location and big room size no complaint

Wonderfull, luxury place and I went there with my family and friends and they all enjoyed it

Had a wonderful stay and my compliments on your excellent service especially to Jaya of Concierge who was very helpful and sensitive to my needs as I’m mobility limited person who uses a wheelchair for certain times in the day
