I recently stayed at Vibe Orchard Singapore and was impressed by their hospitality. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and I was very grateful to the front desk for checking us in early and upgrading our room. This thoughtful gesture made our experience even more pleasant. The upgraded room had a Nespresso coffee machine with four flavors of capsule coffee. The hotel provided mugs and demitasse cups, as well as a glass kettle for your own boiled water. This was quite thoughtful. The room I booked previously required standing in the bathtub to shower, but this one was more convenient. I just felt that the water pressure was a bit low and the hot water was unstable. Everything else was good. I must mention that the view outside the window was beautiful and I couldn't help but take photos.

When we checked in, the front desk copied our passports without our consent, and the doorman took it to another place to copy it and left our sight. I think there is a risk of passport information being stolen. The front desk explained that they would destroy the passport copies after using them, and they could not confirm whether they were destroyed.

The room card expired the next day and we could not use the elevator. When remaking the room card, the attitude was bad and accused us of putting the room card and the mobile phone together. I stayed here on a business trip, and there was Takashimaya and other stores within walking distance, so I had no trouble finding somewhere to eat or shop. The breakfast menu was extensive and I enjoyed it every morning.
