The hotel is just a short walk away from the main shopping area. The staff kindly upgraded us to the premier room and extended the check out time. Thankful for the birthday amenities too.

Its my 5th time to stay here . i loved the location its in orchard near to shopping district and the staff are so accommodating and friendly

Stay this hotel for my honeymoon and coldplay concert. The hotel upgrade me to premier room and give surprise gift. Thank you. Front desk very nice and helpful. Just a bit far from orchard road if you are walking. Better take grab. Overall is good. Will consider come back again.

It’s our first time here and we will definitely come back again. Stayed for 5 days & 4 nights. We’re very happy and satisfied with our stay. The location is very good and convenient, its only five minutes walk to Orchard Rd. The room was very nice, looks like it just renovated. Pillows and bed were very comfortable. There’s also a Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The bonus part is that we get full access to the pantry (24 hours) where you can take anything (they have all kinds of drinks & snacks)

The hotel is in the heart of the shopping area. Located in a quiet area Can easily walk to the shopping mall. Big room, beautiful view, quite good service. Highly recommend this hotel

Location of hotel is behind Mt. ELizabeth hospital. Need to walk a distance from Orchard MRT. Room carpet and bath tub got stains. Staffs were friendly. Informed the staff beforehand that I’ll be celebrating my husband’s birthday. Duty manger was very thoughtful to allow earlier check in and room deco to be done. Upon check-in room was not decorated and was only decorated when we went out in the evening. Spoilt the surprise as my husband suspected that I planned something. Nevertheless, kuddos to the staff for the effort.

The hotel is good but the rooms are extremely small, the location is also on a hill top so it’s not feasible for families with kids as they have strollers if you are walking. The breakfast is very plain and normal nothing fancy, so if you can skip the breakfast and not pay anything extra would be better. We had very small rooms and it’s difficult if you are with kids, this hotel is more suited to business travelers.

The location may not be the most ideal, but is easily accessible to Far East Plaza and Paragon, probably 10 - 15 minutes walk. The air conditioning in the room is impressive, the room gets cold almost instantly. However, the fridge is a bummer. Overall, a great stay

Managed to get room under SGD400 for 3D2N, over the weekend, with breakfast for one pax and access to hotel pantry. It is a bit hard to score such price for hotels within Orchard area. Paragon is within walking distance, easy downhill walk from hotel. Room has Smart TV, able cast youtube from my device to TV. Pantry has limited but good choices of snack. Booked using Atome for further discount.

Stayed in this hotel for few nights due to its good location. The room is not too soundproofed as you can hear guests from other rooms too. The room tho is quite spacious and we enjoyed movie nights because smart tv is available. Didn't expect bathroom doors are like cabinet 2 door type on which I don't know how to feel about it. Shower is faulty as it doesn't stay on the temperature we set and tub is draining continuously even when the drain is properly closed. Housekeeping is very good as they really clean the room tidily. Breakfast has very limited offer but good -- service is great!
