I was very disappointed when I arrived at the hotel. It was completely different from what the hotel advertised. It was very simple, leaky and shabby, and there were no windows! They dared to lie whether there were windows or not! The room was very, very small, and the decoration was very simple. They still refused to refund, and the customer service was very poor. Later, I called Ctrip customer service to help coordinate, but the hotel still refused to refund. Later, I sent Ctrip photos. There were no windows, it was shabby, and the size of the room was different from the pictures. Ctrip compensated me on its own.

The location is great, but the room is really, really, really small and very delicate! You have to go to the water dispenser on the floor to fill your own drinking water. There is also a safe and a small refrigerator in the room! When I stayed, there happened to be construction on one side of the hotel. If you are interested, you can ask first to see if the construction of the hotel has been completed~

The room is small but well-equipped. There is a large supermarket opposite and a 7-11 next to it. The transportation is very convenient, with buses and subways within 3 minutes' walk.

When at reception a Indian man by the name Jess saying that your booking double bed need to pay extra money . This is unfair for online booking after we paid everything come to check in last minute ask to pay more . This is unprofessional n there is another lady staff wanted to arrange for us but this Indian man refused to do it . This is horrible hotel .

The hotel location is ok and the decoration is normal
Not a great value at this price
And the room is very small 𣎴 so comfortable
I personally don’t think it’s worth recommending to people traveling to Singapore.
