Dishonest hotel and its policy.
I apply for a cancellation due to acute bodily injury a week before the check-in date. The hotel asked back me to apply for the cancellation one day earlier. I applied it again later with sick leave certificate for 4 days covering the check-in date. Later, I supplement one more sick leave certificate covering the check-out date with the same diagnosis. However the hotel replied that I applied it too late.
What the hotel gain is the money, what it lose is the reputation, which is priceless.

Collision hotel offers great value for the price. It's in a fantastic location, within walking distance of the MRT station and right across from a bus stop. The room was comfortable, though I did find a used tissue paper under the bed, which was disappointing. Overall, a good stay with excellent transport links.

The room was small, but the bathroom was quite big, with all kinds of electrical appliances, but they were not easy to operate. The bath towels were very regular. We stayed for two days, and on the second day there were no new bath towels, shampoo, etc.
