The bed was comfy but the pillow was too flat and there were some ants . Overall quite clean and big!

The people here very welling to help us. The room is quite comfy

I found the staff very welcome and friendly upon arrival. The room was rather soacious and offered strong wifi, fridge, powerful shower, kettle and complimentary tea/coffee/water. Everything looked nice and well-maintained. The cleaning if the bathroom could have been a bit more thorough (lots of long black hair on the ground) but was overall good. The hotel was quiet and the bed comfy. In the vicinity were lots of restaurants and shops. The closest MTR station is 10min away and connects to the airport as well as the city centre.

Staff are generally friendly and helpful . Amenities are ok for a budget hotel. Just a note about cleanliness in the room. The floor mat in the toilet ( plastic material ) smells when wet. Also the floor needs vacuuming as there are strands of hair on the floor.

The room is bigger than we expected. The staff is helpful, when we asked for room change due to broken sink found.

Nice and comfy hotel to staycation.its just closes to the geylang serai market that also easy to find food .

The room was relatively clean. Spacious . The widows were not secured when it rained water seeped into the room .

Overall hygiene and cleanliness is ok. It is quite a convenient location, hawker/coffeeshop are nearby and supermarket is sorta across the road. 1 bus away from Orchard!

The air conditioner made me sniffed and running nose after woke up in the morning

Firstly, the bed frame has a cracked in the middle causing the bed to sag a little bit. So uncomfortable really. But the staff are nice and the place is clean

Tatami room size is good. Pillow is not comfy, too hard. Bathroom grout is not cleaned properly. Toilet-bowl is too low, not good for tall person. Location is good. Lots of cafe & restaurants. Nearby bus-stop to go town.
