Bad experience with front staff (Male Chinese young boy wearing spec) very loud and rude in communication.
He advised us to cancel the booking. Not helpful as a hotel staff. Not professional.
Please advise hotel staff have basic manners when communicating with hotel guests. So poor service.!

Very quiet hotel, the service staff will take the initiative to show you goodwill when they see you, and the little brother who eats hotel breakfast will teach you to cook local noodles and bring them to the table for you. Hotel was undergoing some renovations but it was something we knew beforehand and it didn’t really affect our stay. Room size turned out bigger than expected. Check-in service and overall front desk service was good.
