Good location! Near public transportation and many restaurants! Very clean! And friendly staff! Things you are going to hate: the hangers! See the picture!

The Indian receptionists at the hotel were very friendly. They have a luggage storage area for guests to use while waiting to check in, allowing them to explore the area beforehand. The location is somewhat far from the city center. The hotel is not Muslim-friendly, as there is no bidet and there are few halal food options available.

The air condition was very well. Room was comfortable and the shower area was separate with the door

Good place, easy for transportation and National Stadium which is just 10 mins walk! I went there for attend the concert so this is great! Lots of restaurant around and the fresh orange juice machine in front of the hotel to help you refresh in the morning~

The unit is clean but have small space inside the room. No doormats for bathroom. Can easily find but it is quite tiring to walk from mrt kallang station to the hotel.

Room is clean service is good, but size of the room is little bit small only can walking with a line but is simple to stay... The room of the door sometime can be lock and some time cannot ... Go to the nearest mrt station with walking around 10min ++

I recently stayed with my family at IBIS Budget Emerald Singapore and was very impressed with the overall experience. A special mention to the team for keeping an AirPod we accidentally left behind after checking out. Their honesty and care truly stood out and added a personal touch to the stay. The only minor drawback is its distance from the nearest MRT station, which might be inconvenient for some. However, the nearby bus stop makes getting around manageable. Overall, it’s a great value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and customer-focused stay in Singapore.
