衞生：酒店衞生打掃得比較及時，但是有出現我要求更換床單沒有更換的情況。
環境：酒店旁邊的環境是新加坡的***，海鮮檔有宰客的情況，並且晚上十點以後有很多街上站的女性，也有很多瓢蟲在街上遊蕩，看起來不安全。
設施：酒店設施非常差，吹風機在床旁邊，濕着頭髮要坐在床旁邊吹頭髮。並且一開始我入住的222房間，夜晚經常會有流水管道的聲音，我還以為是間接性的馬桶沖水，結果第二天下雨，才發現房間上面接的是天台流水管道，響了一晚上，非常難受。後面給我換了816房間，是高級房間，結果一開空調，整個房間都是水，非常濕，這個酒店的設施太差了。
服務：我一開始定了三天的房間，我在第二天經歷了被下水管道折磨之後，我要求退最後一天的房費，我在正常的退房時間申請的，但是前台説沒有權限，需要後台審核，後台審核了一個半小時，直接超過了退房時間，然後跟我説超過了時間無法退房。新加坡的辦事效率就是這麼低麼？然後給我換了816房間，設施依舊差勁。
總的來説，這個價位的房間不能要求太高，但是用居住條件惡劣來形容也不為過。

シンガポールの中では比較的治安が悪めなゲイラン地区に位置しているとのことでしたが、そんな印象はなかったです。アメニティは歯ブラシのみで、本当に寝るだけといったホテルでした。
