pros
the hotel staff are nice ( one of the staff mr sari -sorry for the wrong spelling- asked via room phone are we happy with our rooms n the aminities. and the other night which was quite late i asked for face towel and bath mat and bath towel the housekeeping staff -sorry i didnt asked his name sent it right away)
check in and check out fast.
stayed in 1420 family room for 4night. they gave me complimentary voucher for 3pax ( 3muffin and 3 tea).
towel clean n good condition
amenities and tissue,toilet paper coffee tea kettle complete but fridge watery but i didnt need it.
location is good bcs the bus stop is in front of hotel and opp hotel. many bus option to go to orchard 124,143,167,518 check simplygo apps.
cons
i put a sign dont disturb/no need to clean room because i dont want anyone to go in the room for the 1st night so the room was not cleaned but the used bath mat bath towel and face towel were taken away.
which in my perception somebody went in my room when i wasnt in the room.
at the 4th night another guess just check in got the same room with me and showed me his room card. luckly i had already in my room heard somebody tried to open my room.
provide bathtub instead of shower room which is risky for elderly and little kid

The location of the hotel is convenient. There are shopping malls and restaurants nearby. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the subway station. There are bus stops in front of the hotel and opposite the hotel. The transportation is convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy.
