衞生：趕緊整潔
環境：房間不大 但也算舒適 俱樂部樓層可以先用club的下午茶和晚餐簡餐 在那裡吹吹風 很舒服
服務：熱情禮貌 反應迅速 笑容滿分 一般是英語交流 因為沒有華人的服務人員

The housekeeper was very nice.
The fat black guy at the breakfast area had a bad attitude...
I ended up not being able to eat there because of a lack of explanation.

The hotel service is very good, the front desk has noon service, and Miss Faith is very warm and friendly. There are shopping malls and subways on the 3 floors downstairs, which is very convenient for traveling to eat and shop.

Honestly,one of the best locations to stay as the Basement 3 level of the hotel is connected to Novena Square and there’s plenty of food to choose from .The room was pretty decent but not sure if it’s the most presentable as I saw water marks/stains on my curtain blinds and some ‘wallpaper’ peeling off…otherwise the staff were pretty sweet when I called to request for a room change and even helped me with my bags.Overall it’s an okay experience for me but nothing to call home about .
