Great location and wonderful helpful staff. The building is a bit dated but for Location- right next to Newton mrt and walkable to Orchard it can’t be beat. The pool is huge too! The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help. Thoroughly recommend!

It was a 6 month stay at Orchard Scott’s Residence (OSR) from August 2023 to February 2024. During the stay at OSR, especially housekeepers, concierge officers and hospitality executives such as Christel and Eelin, were especially helpful at all times. The response time for any requests was exceptionally quick and any issues were quickly resolved with minimum fuss and inconvenience. In truth, it felt like a home away from home and the genuine warmth, care and support extended by the OSR staff and officers exceeded all expectations beyond compare. I would not hesitate recommending anyone considering short to long term accommodation to secure your stay at OSR. The location next to Newton station and good centre was superb. In addition, the facilities are also outstanding and well maintained. Happiness is a state of mind and OSR really made me happy during my entire stay there. Lionel

Wonderful staff. Very helpful always. Very convenient location and close to main landmarks. Very good and new facilities. Spacious apar**ent. Air-conditioning functioning very well. Looks new and modern. Very happy stay. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for about 3 years. The location is close to Newton MRT and within walking distance to Orchard and Novena. There are few restaurants in Newton other than food centers, but you can stay calm and quiet. Although the building is old, it has been well-maintained. If there is a problem indoors, it will be taken care of immediately. The grounds are spacious and I often saw people sitting by the pool or on the benches and chatting. Office staff, house staff. The keeper, the maintenance staff, everyone is friendly and kind. Also, depending on the season, they hold events, give us gifts, and give us cakes for Chris**as and birthdays.It's a serviced apar**ent with a high level of hospitality.When we returned to our home country, we were glad that they warmly saw us off.

At our arrival in Singapore we stayed the first 3 months at orchard Scott’s. The apar**ent is very complete, the facilities are excellent with great pools and gym. The proximity to shops and public transport was very convenient. Whenever we needed something the people of the management office were always willing to help and did that with a smile. I sure recommend starting your stay in Singapore at Orchard Scotts.

They clean every part of the house in detail. The house smells great, the kitchen sparkles and everything just look wonderful. The cleanliness and efficiency of the building is a joy for all of us. Nice experience very nice and kind staff. could have had more fresh air, but still a pleasant stay. beds were comfortable and closet space was good enough. Kitchen was a little small but we loved it!!!

It is such a pleasure to be a guest ar Orchard Scotts for almost year. The client service and attention we receive every day makes you indeed feel ‘home away from home. Staff is professional, caring and always ready to give you that extra service which distinguish OS from other places. And where do you get from staff a birthday cake, crisps and drinks on your birthday ! That’s what I mean with service and care. Thanks to all staff for making our stay one to remember.
