One of the male concierge was great at his work, not sure if his name was carlo but he was very friendly and helpful. Room was great, location was great. It felt like home, even at the lounge. They sent us a congratulatory gift for our wedding as well. Some staff were not very friendly, and buffet layout was pretty small,messy and do not have sufficient utensils or food out at one time. However, we Would love to stay here again despite the buffet breakfast experience! Thank you for the hospitality!

Spent songkran/birthday at the pool and was happy with the service as I received a small cake due to my wife's birthday. Although the check in was delayed till 430pm as the room was not ready. I was granted late check out at 1pm. Love the size of the 1br unit , there's full fledged kitchen with all utensils , washing machine, induction cooker, oven, Nespresso machine , 2 TVs, proper dining table like a 1br condo, but the only down side is there no screen mirroring function as both TVs are not smart TV, no Bluetooth, Can't watch netflix at all...another downside is no bathtub, can't play with bath bombs, sofa is abit sunken n cushion at the seating area slides off easily. also the bathroom doesn't have a bidet which should be provided given the price and branding. Just surprised there isn't any at this time of age.

十年前就住過的酒店，挺舊的了，好像並沒有重新裝修。但是性價比高！我是有心理預期的，所以不抱怨什麼😃你千萬不要花這個錢拿去和文化東方這些酒店比

The hotel has very good service and location. Except that the hygiene may be a little worse. There are obvious stains on the sofa and the room is also very damp. But the price-performance ratio is very good. Overall it is still good. Recommended
