Resorts World Sentosa-Hotel Michael Reviews

First of all, the location is the reason why I picked this hotel; Of course, the complimentary mini bar and gifts for kids are the bonus. Your hotel colleagues are super nice and gave us a very clear advices during our stay. The pool was great and cozy, the location for 3 main attractions are super close (all less than 10 mins walk away from our hotel) plus the monorail is also less than 10mins walk, the next station is Vivocity that only less than 10 mins ride with plenty of everything to spend your day. However, we are lack of the food options nearby Hotel Michael, especially only few restaurants available after 20:00 is a boomer (we were tired and starving after left the Universal Studio, which closed at 20:00): no food court, no containers food, only few decent restaurants are still open. One of my strongest bad feeling is even we want to go to the Vivocity for food, the queue at 20:15 was like a mile long that made us out of more options. (one more thing: the lobby smells like sewer mix with perfume on second day (Aug 1st), when we first arrived was totally normal. Please kindly look into and resolve it asap) Thank you.

Amazing comfort, spacious and cleanliness. Also staff are extremely courteous and prompt to service. Only issue is when request quiet room, it's not so quiet when there are screaming children on corridor and alot of vaccuming, TV noise from the other room were Rampant.

Nice and very convenient travel around Resort World. Nice bed and pillows . Fast. Heck in and fast check out.

Wonderful and impeccable service from Adrian at the front desk. Lovely rooms too that are spacious and comfortable. A well-rested night for my family and a great location for me to clear some work while the family are enjoyong themselves at USS. Will stay at Hotel Michael again.

Great stay & very convenient short distance walk to the food/ ******/ USS / water adventure cove.

We enjoyed staying here with my family (My wife, 7 year-old daughter and I) for two nights.

The conference is nearby so it was convenient to access the convention venue and ******. However, since it is on Sentosa Island, it takes a bit of time to get into town so it is a bit isolated. It could be excellent for a family vacation since Universal Studio and other attractions are close by, but I was on a business trip so did not enjoy too many attractions. Overall, the hotel was clean and nice. Nothing too extraordinary, but just a nice stay!

The location is very convenient, Universal Studios Singapore, Sentosa express, Casio and restaurants are nearby. The rooms are neat & tidy, with the view of Sentosa cable car & SkyHelix.

The toilet is super dirty with **** stick on and ask for a room redo service for the toilet. Won’t re visit again .

Love your staff that he did very good job during check in process. Very warm and quick. Excellent!
