After a long discussion, they seemed to let us in; 3. The so-called butler service is to dial 0 when you have something to do, but the problem is that no one often answers 0, and the front desk said they were too busy; 4. I hoped to find a quiet resort hotel, but the sound of decoration and ferry accompanied by the occasional diesel smell seriously affected my mood; 5. The mosquitoes are terrible. Mosquitoes will get in even if you go in or out a little. The mosquito repellent is useless, so I ended up using insecticide in the room; 6. The air outlet of the air conditioner is facing the bedside and the air outlet cannot be adjusted The angle was so annoying; 7. It was difficult to communicate with the hotel. We encountered many problems. The location was remote and difficult to get in and out. As a result, we spent all our vacation time on various communications, inquiries and problem solving with the hotel; 8. The check-in for the other three rooms was at 3 o'clock. They said that the waiting time would be checked. As a result, it was not until 4:30 that the guests finally got the keys after spending an hour and a half and after many reminders (each time they replied that it would be done immediately); 9. Two days after the deposit was checked out, the guest said there was no news. Ctrip replied that it would return in 7-14 days. We have to continue to spend time and energy on this terrible hotel. 😥 Be careful if there are guests who want to have a party. It's not a vacation, it's a worker.
