太值得了 ！ 實現在海底世界睡的感覺 各式各樣的魚近距離觀賞 一整天都待在房間不想出門 管家服務也很好 下次還要來！

在攜程超過20年，一般不寫評價不投訴，這次也忍不住了。1、地點非常難定位：打車兩次司機送錯地方；2、前台不專業，入住人全部登記在預訂訊息中，非説他們放的主要入住人沒到不辦理，説了很久才好像網開一面讓我們入住了；3、所謂的管家服務就是有事撥0，問題是0經常沒人接，前台説他們太忙；4、希望找個安靜的度假酒店，結果裝修聲音、輪渡聲音伴隨着不時的柴油味道嚴重影響心情；5、蚊蟲厲害，稍微有進出蚊蟲也進去了，滅蚊器不管用，最後用到了房間的殺蟲劑；6、空調出風口正對床頭無法調整出風角度，吹得頭疼；7、酒店溝通困難，遇到很多狀況，位置偏僻進出艱難，結果費時費力的把度假時間都用在跟酒店各種溝通各種問詢和解決問題上了；8、另外預訂的三個房間三點辦入住，説是檢查一下的等待時間結果4點半之後才在花了一個半小時後並經過多次催促（每次回覆馬上可以了）後客人終於拿到鑰匙；9、按金退房兩天了客人説沒有消息，攜程回話説7-14天返回，還得繼續耗時間和精力在這糟心的酒店上😥有客人要聚會千萬小心，不是度假是當工人了

房間稍微老舊但不影響完美的海底景觀，大人小孩都滿意，早餐強推送到房間，性價比相對其他海底酒店算比較高。服務各方面都還不錯的，海底餐廳可以嘗試。

One of the best experience I will never forget. Stunning view under the water with beautiful creatures right in front of me from the inside of the bedroom. Attentive and friendly staff. Love this place!!
