延泊の手続きを前日の夜に済ませて更新したにも関わらず、次の日に２回も部屋にハウスキーパーがチェックアウトの催促に来て、とんだ無礼者である。
フロントに一連の流れを説明したら、謝られて翌日のチェックアウトは１３時までサービスしていただけました。

Location: The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of nice restaurants nearby and easy access to Clarke Quay.
Room: The toilet and shower area was quite small, and it was inconvenient to navigate the stairs every time I needed to use it. Unfortunately, the resting couch in the room was quite stained and seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time.
Noise: There were renovations going on throughout our stay, from morning till evening, which made it quite noisy and caused us to wake up early.
Overall, while the location is great, the overall cleanliness and ongoing renovations were significant drawbacks during our stay. I hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.

Loft結構的房間 下面是乾濕分離的洗手間 桌子 還有衣櫃 上面是床 整體感覺很通透 有露天的游泳池 早餐咖啡很不錯

Mostly clean but some things like the kettle had a weird smell but other than that it was okay. Not much amenities but good enough. The room was nice too. Not much food around except cafes but there’s a 711 nearby and it’s about 15mins away from city area so quite convenient.

The toilet had A LOT of bugs. The virtual assistant in the room did not work at all other than that the room was alright
