Snagged an amazing deal with $200 dining credits! Nice heritage hotel and comfortable room, but the view from this room was a little disappointing.

入住當天被要求刷100新加坡幣預授權，但在半夜出現了信用卡被盜刷現象，第二天早上發現信用卡被盜刷之後立馬致電銀行鎖卡並去找了酒店前台，前台也無法給出合理理由，衹是説被盜刷走的金額會退還，但退還日期不能給出具體日期，目前已經聯繫攜程客服，攜程客服挺負責的幫忙在找酒店處理盜刷事件，暫時無進展，等後續再追評。
整個酒店的工作人員都很親切友善，服務很好。因為帶小孩出行，晚上還給小孩加鋪了一張床。如果不是出現盜刷現象，真的很推薦，現在這種情況真的很難評。

Renowned 5-star hotel in Singapore we were excited to try out. Overall a great location with beautiful rooms, but unfortunately cleanliness was not there. Discovered several strands of hair in the bathroom (bathtub ledge, shower seat, shower head). The hair on the shower head was especially troubling as it looked like there was an unknown substance sticking the hair on the shower head. Before going out to dinner, we went down to reception and asked for a room clean to which they obliged, but after returning to the room we noticed several strands of hair still present (shower doors/next to the hairdryer).
We expected better cleanliness standards from a 5-star hotel, and given the price, you’d probably be better off staying at other hotels.
