春節假日訂的。非常喜歡這個度假酒店，位於聖淘沙島的中部，環境很幽靜。度假酒店內還有孔雀🦚，酒店後院還看見猴子一家出來覓食，孩子特別高興。離丹戎海灘步行5，6分鐘。也可以坐小火車去巴拉灣和席勒索海灘，都不遠。強烈推薦！

定的花園房，和大床房有價格差距，但他給你説能看到花園的房間都叫花園房，一整個無語住

住着比較舒服，入住時感覺人不算很多。
Cliff出乎意料做得好吃，除了pizza底有點糊，意粉很棒。泳池邊上的樓梯可以直通外面馬路，然後走5-8分鐘就到最南端那個點。早餐還算豐盛，食物放桌上小鳥也會來吃～
有直通車去Vivo/harbourt front（其實就是一個地方），Vivo人巨多…

非常差的體驗。衝著索菲特集團的名氣定的 當天晚上房間旁邊徹夜施工 打酒店服務電話one touch沒有人接， 就撥打了**************（酒店對外公佈的電話，其實是雅高集團在新加坡的客服電話）對方非常生硬地拒絕處理 表示讓找攜程。 我就奇怪了 難道我通過第三方預訂，他們集團就不管了嗎？
後來前台電話終於打通， 告知説難道我入住時員工沒有告訴我施工？ 我憤怒回覆説有告知，但是説衹是白天施工，當時已經晚上10點，還在轟鳴。對方經理無語，答應給換房。但是我小孩已經睡着，對方給免了房間升級費用算補償。
説起升級費用，完全是欺騙。我定了超級大床房，入住時我先生辦理的，前台跟我先生説升級，但是略有噪音，並多收了200新幣升級費。後來晚上投訴時對方經理凈拿升級説事，難道是我交錢升級就是為了換個噪音房？ 我是花錢來聽噪音的？
還有 白天在酒店各處遇到工作人員，從來不會有人打招呼及問好。
該酒店完全是強詞奪理，想錢想瘋了。再也不會來這家酒店。
