Booked a family room and luxury room for and my family and my brothers' family( total 8 pax). The rooms were clean and well maintained. Service was good and always available.
Facilities were good, including the complimentary breakfast whose spread was good catering to different palettes. The alacarte menu was good as well , though the prices were on the higher side.
On an improvement note for the daily rooms charges , they could consider stocking the fridges with drinks provide snacks and the coffee selection could do with some creamer.

Not worth the money paid. The welcome fruits is 3 uncut fruits (pear, small apple and orange). Fork and eating knife was provided for you to cut the fruits. But how do we cut the apple and pear with a normal eating knife? 🤨
Also, mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary but the hotel did not give any dessert or help to decorate the room.
It’s a pet friendly hotel so there are dogs around. However, there are dog faeces and pee around the hotel compound.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful though.
Do note that they will need a deposit of $510 upon checking in instead of $200 as stated when booking.

The environment is very good and quiet, but you have to go down more than 100 steps to take the beach shuttle to the beach. The wifi signal is not very good. As much as we looked forward to our staycation at Sofitel Sentosa Singapore, our experience fell short of expectations. While the hotel itself boasts elegance and comfort, the service left much to be desired. Simple requests for amenities took multiple follow-up calls to fulfill, highlighting a concerning lack of efficiency. Furthermore, despite the occasion being a birthday celebration, there was a notable absence of the customary gestures one would expect from a luxury hotel. While the premises were alright, the service shortcomings detracted from our overall experience. We hope to see improvements in service quality to match the standard expected of such a prestigious establishment.

The room is clean and big enough, but the location is too remote. Although there are different shuttle buses and small trains to get in and out, it is still very troublesome.
The shuttle bus from the hotel to Vivo City is at the taxi station at Exit D of the MRT station. It is right after you exit the subway station. It is convenient, but there is no service at all. It is purely to provide a car. As for what large luggage you have, it is your business. You have to carry it on and off the bus by yourself. The concierge at the hotel entrance will not help you. Several big men watched a woman carrying a 29-inch large suitcase on and off the bus without any reaction. The driver did not put the suitcase under the car and insisted on carrying it on the car.
The concierge was really indifferent. He was too lazy to say more when asking questions, and there was no smile.
The swimming pool closed too early. I went to the beach and hadn't had dinner yet, and the swimming pool was closed.
