V Hotel Bencoolen Reviews

Typical Singapore biz hotel. Small room with a very crowded table where you can barely find a place to work. However the location is perfect. The MRT station is just next door while there are only 500m away from the Bugis street.

The room is so small for 2 people and the facilities aren't good enough which spotted many have spoiled.

great place to stay as it is conveniently located right beside an MRT station. There's a convenient store and money exchange right outside the hotel as well. staff are very accomodating. the rooms are smaller than i expected but it was fine.

Good hotel.. Directly above Bencoolen MRT metro station.. Exit A.. Very convenient to go to shopping and most of the Singapore attractions.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is small but it is enough for 2 person. Overall it's a good hotel with reasonable price.

While the location is very convenient, the rooms are very small. There’s not even a space to open the suitcase unless you put it on the bed which iamb not ideal.

Location was very convenient with 2 MRT lines nearby. The All day breakfast in hotel's restaurant at G/F was delicious. Good hygiene was appreciated. I slept 2 night in my room was really comfortable. Front desk staffs were very nice. It was my first time to visit Singapore alone and I absolutely have had great experience staying at your hotel.

Positive: The front desk employees are nice and professional, I have to give them that. Also the location is really good and theres a MRT station right next to the hotel, which is convenient. First we were given a room with wall-view to the pool area. After complaining they gave us a new room with city-view, which was nice. Negative: To be honest, we just relied on its good rating (4.3) and nice images. In reality, the hotel has tiniest rooms we’ve ever been in. This might be not accurate, but the rooms, bathrooms included, must have been like 8 square meters maybe? Also the whole hotel screams for renovation and is not as clean as it should be. Also negative: the swimming pool is in an indoor area, quite an ugly place. The water was very cold, felt like 21 degrees celsius. The other thing was that there were no towels despite the fact that we were told there will be towels at the swimming pool. It was alright, but I would give it 3.0 out if 5, max. The rating it has right now (4.3) is a straight comedy.

Hotel room is clean, bed is comfortable and there is water filtration device in room for drinking water. Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating especially Philomena. We had an early morning flight and we arrived before 3pm. We were allowed to check in early at no extra cost. All our requests were accommodated - extra pillows, more coffee and late checkout. Will definitely book again in this hotel.
