I like the hotel very much. The service is first-rate. The counter service staff are of high quality and can meet the different requirements of customers. The management is very good. The room hygiene is also excellent. It is a very good hotel.

Though the location of the hotel is not that convenient, it’s still alright due to the mall it has just downstairs (Katong V) which has supermarket so pretty good. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The room itself not necessarily the cleanest and can tell it’s abit worn out but it’s still alright and not too bad. Even received a free upgrade to Family room so was really spacious. Didn’t try out the amenities so can’t say much.
