The staff was friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities needed.
They provide free parking and refillable drinking water.

Room is decent. We had a queen bed and a single bed next to it. The beds were sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids (age 6 and 9). The room looked exactly like the picture.

Reasonable room rate.
Having a nice breakfast in hotel will be a good choice.
Closed to MRT station. Very convenient.

The hotel is convenient since it nears MRT. Staffs are nice. We even got 75$ voucher for dinner. Room is nice and clean,

Everything here is acceptable. Room,Mattress,pillows,towers are clean,. Staff very helpful. Good location near the market and MRT. But what is less satisfying is the early check out by 11am o'clock.

Seriously it’s well located in the town. Public transport within walking distance and convenient stores nearby. Room is smaller if compared to others hotel in the same price range. Everything is good during my stay except fire alarm triggers twice one in the early morning and another in the midnight. No explanation on why the alarm triggered and it’s really bad experience when u half way to fall asleep and wake up in the early morning.

decent hotel for non picky travellers. room is clean and location was convenient as it’s a short walk to bugis and rochor mrt. big 7 eleven right next door too.

Stay 4D3N:
1 Located 5 to 15 mins walk to Rocher, Bugis, and Bencoolen MRT
2 Room size small, not have enough space for open up large luggage
3 No USB plug on wall for power charging
4 Staff in general is helpful and polite
5 Air conditioning too cold even turn it to the lowest cooling setting
6 A big 7-11 downstair and Albert food centre just at its back, Bugis Junction close by
7 Breakfast is of low quality and a real mess, can see many tables without clearing up after use

Nothing much. Just ordinary stay.
The room is consider spacious when compared to other hotel at similar pricing. Moderate receptionist, not too friendly but still okay.

Location is very good, most of the hotels, check out time is 12pm, but check out time for this hotel is 11am.

The room is small but cosy since I'm travelling alone. It can sometimes be abit noisy for those inconsiderate guests. Food is everywhere. Therefore, you do not have to worry, and 7-11 is just next to the hotel

I like the location as it’s very convenient and has many places to eat and shop. Staff are also friendly.
However no drinking water is available in the room. Need to go out and get.
