The rooms are very nice and spacious, attractive design using reclaimed wood. Location is decent but the walk from the station to the hotel is pretty sketchy. The hotel itself is nice. Breakfast is decent but the restaurant was heaving busy meaning things were running out.

This is a good hotel far a business trip. Very good breakfast.

It is quite a decent hotel in a close proximity to the shopping street and city center. I absolutely loved the overall decor theme. Also big plus for the breakfast!

Beautiful hotel however breakfast, the warm part, is low on quality. Disgusting bacon and eggs and some mushrooms I didnt dare to touch. A pitty because it's an expensive breakfast.

The restaurant in the hotel is the breakfast venue, and the food is diverse and tastes really great. It's no exaggeration to say that my favorite memory of Brussels was eating here, it was so delicious. Even scrambled eggs are delicious. All the front staff are polite, greet you, and are friendly. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and when I checked out, they asked me if I wanted coffee, and when I accepted, they called the restaurant in the hotel and told them to prepare coffee for me. His work style is truly professional. This seems to be a hotel that specializes in gardening, and there are ornamental plants in the hallways and dining areas. Furthermore, there were three books on the desk in the room, and when I picked them up, thinking they were the Bible, all three were about gardening. This is a thorough commi**ent. The carpet in the hallway is soft and smells nice. There are chairs in the hallway, and it's a wonderful space that will make you feel like you want to talk with someone all night long. I don't think the cleanliness is a problem. The location is not bad, 10 minutes walk from Brussels North Station and 20 minutes walk to Grand Place. Nespresso coffee is available in the room. The room I stayed in didn't work properly. Please note that there is no toothbrushing set and only the bare minimum of amenities.

The room is a bit small. The indigo I had in mind is bigger. The room is darker and the heater is not hot. I think these are not good enough and the price is expensive. The location is good, about 400 meters from the North Station, very close, and the bus at the door can go to the square. I think it is a bit expensive, not as good as I thought, mainly because the air conditioner is not hot enough and I forgot to ask them for heating.

The location is very good. It looks like a newly opened hotel, but it is actually an old house. The elevator is very slow. The water is very small. There is no air conditioning. The hair dryer automatically stops after a while. My long hair is very hard. The main room is not clean. There are some leftovers from the previous tenants. The impression of the personal belongings below is relatively poor. The environment of the bar downstairs is okay, suitable for a drink in the evening. The hotel does not have its own parking. There is underground parking nearby for 22 euros a night.
