"The location is debatable. Very close to the tram and Train Station. But as a neighborhood, it is a bad, scary and unsafe neighborhood. The neighborhood where Noord Station is located is just awful, but it can be nice if you get over the trauma and return to the hotel before late at night. The remaining opportunities of the hotel were ideal and the night could be spent comfortably."

"The hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept, with a stylish interior. However, my overall stay was disappointing due to poor service. I stayed for three nights and was asked at check-in if I wanted my room cleaned during the stay. I said yes, and on the second day I reminded reception in the morning that I would like the room cleaned. When I returned at 4:30pm, nothing had been done — the room was still uncleaned and the sheets unchanged. When I raised this with reception, the staff were not helpful and instead of simply arranging for the cleaning, they asked unnecessary questions and did not resolve the issue. This really let down the experience. As for location, the hotel is not in the city center, so you do need to travel to reach most of the main attractions. That said, the train station is only about a 7-minute walk, which makes it manageable. In summary, while the hotel itself is beautiful, the lack of reliable service and less convenient location mean I would be hesitant to stay again."

"After travelling since the day before to get to Brussels, when we finally got to our hotel room desperate to rest, the overwhelming smell of damp greeted us as soon as we unlocked the door. The room was abysmal, to say the least, with damp, dust and dirty marks up every wall and all across the ceiling. The headboard looked like it had cigarette burns in it and the furnishing was just terrible, the bathroom being just as bad. My partner and I both have asthma, so damp is a massive issue for our health, so we requested another room to which we were told they could only offer us a twin room instead. Fine, can we see it first? And that room was not much better, with the added bonus of stained mattresses which I didn't think to look for in the first room. After half an hour of thinking, we chose to cut our losses and book a new (much nicer) hotel and check out, which the woman at reception did apologise for. Since coming back, we requested a refund through ******* due to health issues (my asthma was terrible for the rest of the trip due to the bad damp) which, after days of chasing the hotel, was denied. I have stayed in some dumps, but this place absolutely took the cake. Do not stay here."

"Unfortunately our stay at prestige hotel was not pleasant. The one of the window's curtain was falling down and the balcony I couldn't even open the door because there was a wall right up front of the door. There was a thing that I guessed it could be an extra bathroom half build up which was stinking badly. The parking i payed extra 25 euros was more like a workshop and very narrow to get there (very). sheets was very smelly too. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was in a good location though and the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this was not good enough for me to recommend this hotel or even stay there ever again."

"The room was tiny; there was no room to move around the bed. I slept very poorly; I could feel the mattress springs. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear snoring from the next room. The television was showing Turkish channels, and there were exposed electrical wires! The breakfast was unappetizing."

"My family and I stayed at this B&B and everything was wonderful. I have been there before as a solo traveller so I was happy to bring my wife and son with me this time. Great accommodations and location. Erick was a wonderful host as always and a great breakfast was served to get us started on our day’s adventures. We really appreciated the warm freshly cooked bread :-). Thanks for a great stay!"
