The safety of the surrounding area was not that good. However, it was only a 10-15 minute walk to the center of town, so it was very convenient.

The location is quite convenient and the hotel service is good but there are no slippers provided.
Overall it's pretty neat and tidy. Although it looks a little shabby on the outside, it's still okay on the inside.

Despite being on the edge of the city center, you can easily walk to the city center (+ or - 20 minutes walk). The distance to the metro station is practically the same, meaning it's not worth taking the metro.
The room smelled a little like tobacco (it must have been a smoking room in the past). The reception employee was not very friendly, not very helpful or cordial.
The bed is comfortable, good mattress. Good amenities.

It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable.
