I got upgraded to Progress hotel because the room in Siru hotel was full booked.
Progress hotel good hotel and near walking to KFC and Grand Palace

The hotel is very old, but the location is very good and the surrounding area is relatively safe. It is very warm in winter and the heating is very sufficient. Good service, they didn't let us enter before check-in time but they let us store our suitcases. Clean, room has free coffee, tea and water. Very clean bathrooms and beds too, it has a TV. Very happy and a few blocks from the historic center.
