They even helped us with directions, dining recommendations, and were quick with extra towels—no need to resort to using the hand towels like makeshift bath sheets. Now, Brussels has a bit of a reputation for being... let's say, 'adventurous.' But don't fret! Despite the city's somewhat sketchy safety stats, we managed to dodge danger like pros. We weren't mugged or robbed—hooray for small victories! We did have a close encounter with a pickpocket, though. Some overly enthusiastic Maghrebi immigrant tried their luck on our first day, but they must have been new at the game. We walked away with all our belongings intact and a story to tell. The hotel is located in a quiet place in the downtown area. It is 7-8 minutes walk from North Station. It is very convenient. The next day, I went to Brussels Airport. I took the airport express to North Station for 10.8 euros and arrived in 22 minutes. It is very convenient. It is very close to the center of Brussels and can be reached on foot. It is very good

Very close to metro station and city center, so it's super convenient. The historic decor of the building is quite an experience.

The location is debatable. Very close to the tram and Train Station. But as a neighborhood, it is a bad, scary and unsafe neighborhood. The neighborhood where Noord Station is located is just awful, but it can be nice if you get over the trauma and return to the hotel before late at night. The remaining opportunities in the hotel's ga*** were ideal and the night could be spent comfortably.

The room is large, has a bathtub, and is very cost-effective. Some service staff have poor English, but it does not affect communication. The disadvantage is that the surrounding environment is relatively poor. Although there are police patrols nearby, you can still see ********s gathering together (especially at night), and some people will whistle at you. It is better for women to find hotels in the city center.

the facilities, the breakfast and a Spanish girl at the reception was the best, the rest I don't think I would return or recommend, everything started bad from the first minute I set foot in the reception, an employee yelling and humiliating in front of all the customers to a receptionist….. then another girl at the reception literally treated me as a liar…. I made the reservation with trip.com and I reserved two nights with breakfast, I paid for that obviously, but the girl at the reception told me over and over again that this was not the case, not even showing the reservation confirmation, she made me feel like a lying in front of several customers. In the end, after contacting trip, another employee at the reception (Spanish woman) treated me very well and solved the problem in 5 minutes, I don’t remember her name, but I’m sure many employees there can learn a little bit from her, that how to treat a customer with respect and professionalism..
