The room is small, the hotel facilities are a bit old and not well maintained. When we came back from breakfast, we saw the waiter enter the room to count the drinks. The hotel service is not up to par.
However, the environment of the hotel is still very unique, located in a large valley. The hotel is not on the beach.

Tutto perfetto, dalla colazione, alla stanza, al personale, alla posizione, che dire, bisogna tornarci a ripetere l’esperienza. Dimenticavo la piscina è da urlo. L’hotel ha un’area un po’ retrò e sprigiona raffinatezza e signorilità, ma non per questo non è al passo con i tempi dal punto di vista tecnologico e per tutto ciò che necessita anche a un un’utenza giovane.

Dit hotel is echt een belevenis! Prachtig vanbinnen, de kamers waren ook fijn en luxe. De badkamer was lekker groot, bedden lagen lekker en er was voldoende ruimte om spullen op te bergen. Het zwembad was heerlijk en ontbijt helemaal prima.

We only just arrived, and are somewhat disappointed by the not very welcoming atmosphere. We were refused to get a kettle in the room, which we need in the early morning to make our tea. We also found that there is a charge of 5 Euro for each towel we request for the pool area. We had expected better service from a hotel which calls itself Grand Hotel with four stars. Aside of that, the room is nice and has the sea view we were promised.

Tres bel hotel avec une âme pour visiter cette tres jolie ville. Nous avons adoré. La tres belle chambre et une vue fantastique du petit balcon. La salle a manger est a couper le souffle Avec ses lampadaires géants. Nous avons bien mangé également. Merci

El hotel es un impresionante edificio antiguo, elegante y lleno de historia en Siracusa. A pesar de los años tiene un perfecto mantenimiento. Las habitaciones son cómodas, la cama permite un excelente descanso. El baño es impecable. Desde el balcón de nuestra habitación podíamos ver el mar. El desayuno se sirve en un amplio y lujoso comedor, fue muy variado y exquisito, el personal muy amable y servicial, todo el tiempo atentos a lo que los huéspedes podíamos necesitar o reponer la mercadería que se iba acabando. En el mismo hotel se puede cenar y también ofrecen un happy hour muy bueno. Tiene estacionamiento para autos con un pequeño costo adicional. En un principio nos asignaron una habitación que tenía mucho olor a humedad, pedimos un cambio e inmediatamente nos cambiaron a otra impecable. A partir de nuestra buena experiencia, lo recomendamos sin dudas!
