Loved staying here. We spotted this hotel in a previous stay in Ortigia and were happy to stay here on our latest trip. Everything perfect. Stayed in a superior room 401. Loved the layout and was just right for us, meant we had privacy and a little balcony (no view, didn't need as too busy exploring Ortigia and downstairs terrace is beautiful to sit and relax), felt safe leaving the doors open at night very private and quiet. Loved the design, bed super comfortable, lovely bed linen, daily cleaning immaculate. Great breakfast lovely lady served us each morning. Location fantastic. This is a true review based on our experience.

The accommodations were nice but the hotel staff was what made our stay there great. They were extremely helpful, nice, and professional (especially the manager Roberto!) Also the hotel is very well positioned. We loved every minute of our stay in Ortigia.

A great hotel in the middle of Ortigia. We stayed here for three nights in May and would definitely recommend. The Palazzo Artemide has recently been refurbished and the rooms/bathrooms have been finished to a high standard. It's perfectly located for exploring the island. We enjoyed having a pre-dinner drink on the terrace which is just around the corner from the Cathedrale. The staff were all lovely and super helpful.

Fantastic experience. The staff was literally the best we have ever had at a hotel. Friendly, enthusiastic, helpful and all of their recommendations were spot on. Hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Ortigia, the room and amenities were great, and there are excellent restaurants near by.

This is a beautiful, stylish Hotel…staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are elegant and well equipped. Bathrooms likewise are modern and luxurious. Really….no complaints at all! I would heartily recommend this lovely Hotel . It’s right in the middle of Ortigia and we really loved the surrounding streets and piazzas.

Ho potuto usufruire di questa splendida location per 2 notti. Eravamo 2 coppie di amici e devo ammettere che l’accoglienza ed il servizio sono stati da 11, se ci fosse la possibilità di esprimere il giudizio oltre il massimo dei voti. Il costo è pari alla eleganza della struttura. La prossima meta sarà Venezia sempre in una loro location. Siamo stati 2 noti nella 405 camera de luxe superior. Meravigliosa occasione per testare un livello di estrema gentilezza e professionalità. Colazione troppo abbondante per chi è a dieta come il sottoscritto.

The hotel is located in a prime position and the valet parking service took the stress out of worrying where to park. The hotel is immaculately presented along with the professional and helpful staff. The room was pristine and clean with a large comfortable bed and pillows. The shower was spotlessly clean and the water was piping hot but took a little while to come through however the towels and dressing robes and very good quality.
