Very positive experience. Helpful owners, room with sea view, quiet and tidy daily with change of sheets and towels. Abundant breakfast with delicious donuts prepared by Mrs Elisa. Strategic location of the hotel a few steps from the bus station, from the station it is very close to the centre. Even though we didn't have a car, we moved around easily, visiting all the attractions. We were also able to visit Noto with the interbus service €14.40 per person return. Experience to recommend

Had a week at the hotel and had a great experience. The staff were wonderful and helpful. On a bus route. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Just the place to explore from. Nice and relaxed, quiet and friendly Thanks and all the best from Brendan J Hynes

My experience staying at the Hotel Centrale in Syracuse disappointed my expectations: the 4 stars of the hotel were not reflected in the quality-price of the services offered. Starting from the food, this leaves a lot to be desired as the choice (especially at breakfast) is very limited (there are no savory foods, for example) and at dinner they also offered us frozen foods (such as cordonbleu) which, in my opinion, are a disgrace to the name of Sicily. However, I cannot give just one star for the staff as, even though they only have two collaborators, they have always been friendly and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for long stays, thank you very much for your attention.

This is a hotel quite close to the train station. The room was spacious and very clean, as was the bathroom. There was an electric kettle, tea, coffee and cups to help yourself to. The breakfast was excellent, self-service, located on the top floor, next to an open terrace with remarkable views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea. The big problem was at night, after 11:00 pm, when a boisterous group began making annoying noises and laughing in the hallways and in the rooms, and apparently there was no one at reception to catch their attention.

Ma non in positivo, mia figlia ha dovuto comprarsi fuori qualcosa da mangiare e fare uno spuntino dopo cena in camera, pessimo menù studenti con dolci da supermercato come ciliegina. Nella camera quadrupla dovevano aprire le valigie a turno sui letti altrimenti non c'era posto... Chicca finale: in bagno non c'era nemmeno il bidet.. con 4 ragazze nella stessa camera

La pasta, cotta nell’acqua salmastra del rubinetto, sapeva di morte e il ragù brodoso si incastrava in gola, uno di quelli che ti fa venire la diarrea fulminante. Fettina panata aveva la consistenza della plastica e la frittura era cartone. L’avessi presa al discount era meglio. L’insalata non prometteva nulla di buono, probabilmente presa dal marciapiede. Cameriera un incompetente ha padellato un mio amico, scatenando ingiurie e bestemmie varie. Per finire il dolce, ovvero Viennetta della qualità più indecente e dal sapore di shampoo per capelli. Consiglio quindi agli ospiti l’Osteria Astoni, ci abbiamo preso alcune pizze ed erano ottime. Cambiate mestiere
