Très décevant. Nous avons passé 10 nuits dans un appartement pour deux personnes. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, la propreté était douteuse, la vaisselle dans les placards était sale, l'équipement était très limité. La climatisation était impossible à régler (il était seulement possible de la brancher ou la débrancher, tout ou rien). L'appartement était très sombre et ni les draps ni les serviettes de bain n'ont été changés pendant 10 jours. Pas d'état des lieux ni à l'entrée ni à la sortie, et jamais personne à l'accueil. Le frigo, complètement givré, ne faisait pas vraiment de frais. Très régulièrement, le soir, il y avait des coupures d'eau inexpliquées pendant plusieurs heures. Les joints de la douche et les murs de la salle de bain étaient noircis et la plaque chauffante rouillée. Point positif : l'emplacement, au cœur d'Ortigia, très sympathique bien qu'il soit impossible de se garer.

Vista incantevole, Stanze tutte da rifare(condizionatori che perdevano acqua finendo direttamente sul letto, tetti screpolati da cui cadevano calcinacci, non parliamo delle docce, mi fermo qui.... L'unica nota positiva la disponibilità, la gentilezza e la professionalità di Florinda e Giuseppe(ma cosa ci stanno a fare in quel posto). Grazie per averci reso il weekend meno pesante, a voi 5 stelle.

As they describe the apartments on the site they are not actually the same, I paid for 6 days for a dated apartment on the site it doesn't exist, when we arrived at the hall they told us that our accommodation is 150 meters away not there which was nice on the sea ​​where you could see it on the site, without accompanying us 3 times we look for it but we don't find it, we are very angry we return to the hall asking someone to accompany us we finally get there after 1.5 km no 150 m. Dirty old entrance door smells of cat pee (cats everywhere) we enter this disgusting large apartment, semi empty room with sea view, a disgusting sofa, a table that creaked when moving, all furniture with TV but the good thing is that the TV was an ornament and was not connected there was no antenna or power socket, all the sockets were disconnected for fear of taking on electricity, the kitchen was dirty, the encrusted steel sink and everything else, the room had a drawer in the disgusting wardrobe left in my hand, resting it on the floor and remained for the entire stay, the old bathroom encrustations everywhere dirty only skinny people can take a shower in that tiny bathroom, non-drinkable water in the bathroom. Look at the reviews before booking even because they want the money straight away and then you find these rip-offs. They rent apartments to be renovated, it is unthinkable to rent in this state they are dishonest, and yes they should concern hygiene and cleaning after covid! I was in the dumps for 6 days! I would say that after this negative experience I will never go back again and I do not recommend this place to anyone, look for something else as there are some very nice ones in the area! Disappointed and disgusted! Ortigia is beautiful but poorly maintained!

Situato davanti al mare sulla punta di Ortigia, questo residence senza grandi pretese da' più di quello che chiede, grazie appunto alla posizione invidiabile e alla cortesia del personale. Pulizia buona, bagno un po' piccolo, ma stanze ampie e dalla vista perfetta, almeno quella capitata a noi

Eravamo già spaventati prima di partire, viste le recensioni ma visto che era stato scelto dalla scuola per la nostra gita non potevamo fare altro se non sperare fino alla fine. Siamo arrivati e, entrati in camera, era già chiara la situazione: pavimento pieno di polvere, come del resto ogni altra superficie, la terrazza era invece simile ad una spiaggia, vista la quantità di sabbia presente, probabilmente portata dentro per mesi e mesi da precedenti ospiti. Era anche presente un barbecue, il cui colore non era visibile poiché la superficie era ricoperta da uno spesso strato di polvere. il frigorifero era arrugginito esternamente e non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di aprirlo. Il bagno un disastro: l’acqua non andava giù nel lavandino e abbiamo dovuto lavarci viso e denti in cucina, la doccia non viene pulita decentemente da settimane se non mesi, viste le incrostazioni e il calcare, per non parlare della bustina di shampo aperta e usata che abbiamo trovato come regalo di benvenuto all’interno. Il peggio però deve ancora arrivare…. lo scarico del water non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto ingegnarci e utilizzare una bacinella (crepata) trovata per caso per far andare giù l’acqua. Consigliato soltanto a chi non tiene alla propria igiene
