We stayed 3 nights. Location was perfect, there is a ski bus outside of the hotel. Great spa facility as well. Breakfast could have been better but we had a pleasant stay overall.

Ho soggiornato ad Agosto 2023 e devo dire che l' Hotel è strutturato veramente bene, a partire dell'accoglienza dove ho trovato personale gentilissimo e disponibile ad aiutarmi in tutto e per tutto, al direttore che è stato molto professionale e disponibile venendo in contro a tutte le mie esigenze. Anche io servizio ristorazione dalla cucina, con lo chef che cucina piatti molto buoni e dal piacevole impiattamento, al mâitre molto professionale e tutti i ragazzi camerieri. La Spa veramente carina e ben strutturata, forse toglierei la possibilità di ingresso agli esterni dell'hotel quando già c'è maggiore affluenza da parte degli ospiti dell' hotel. Le pale di San Martino che si vedono dall'hotel sono mozzafiato, uniche e straordinarie. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e torneremo sicuramente, a presto.

Sono alcuni anni che possiamo le nostre vacanze invernali in questo albergo negli anni si e’ sempre migliorato offrendo tanti servizi,una spa sempre in evoluzione per un perfetto relax,ottima colazione variegata e buona cucina,camere rinnovate con letti comodi.

Non è un hotel confortevole: stanze scomode per assenza spazi. Nei bagni non c'è nulla per appoggiare nulla neanche gli asciugamani che rimangono su uno sgabello accartocciati, la doccia non ha porta e non ci sono finestre. La camera è rumorosa perché da all'estero e gli infissi non isolano. Ristorante: cibo discreto ma troppo affollata e di conseguenza rumorosissima. Servizi: non ha la convenzione con gli skibus come altre strutture compresi i residence, per raggiungere gli impianti bisogna pagare la loro navetta o biglietti skibus. Attenzione al checkout, errori per addebiti non dovuti (tassa di soggiorno bambini).

Siamo tornati da un weekend a San Martino. Prenotato all' ultimo secondo data la nevicata prevista per il weekend. I servizi sono ottimi. La nostra camera tripla era spaziosa,sono stati gentili a fornirci una spondina per il nostro bimbo. Come spunto di miglioramento metterei la possibilità di avere accappatoi per bambini alla piscina e forse la sala colazioni un po' piccola rispetto al numero di ospiti,ma nel complesso la vista sulla nevicata all' esterno impagabile 😊. Nel complesso siamo soddisfatti, ci piacerebbe ritornare.

Hotel centrale, SPA superlativa anche se ci vorrebbe qualcuno che ogni tanto si facesse vedere x far rispettare le regole! Camera nuova bella spaziosa e letto a mio gusto comodissimo con una bella vista ... ottima colazione forse la sala un po' piccola rispetto alle persone alloggiate . A mio avviso ci vorrebbe un pochino di più attenzione alla pulizia ( un po' frettolosa) dei bagni ... non mi è piaciuto veder pulire il pavimento del bagno più quello della stanza con il mocio ( fiocco) con la stessa acqua x più stanze . Purtroppo camminando nei corridoi e aspettando l'ascensore si possono notare tante cose... Nessuna signora poi usa dei guanti x pulire e con le stesse si toccano gli asciugamani. Certa comunque di una vostra miglioria in questo settore x il resto ho trascorso una bella vacanza sono stata soddisfatta , lo consiglio e spero di ritornare presto!

Tutto veramente ok personale gentilissimo e disponibile colazione da favola cena di ottima qualità la vista sulle pale è veramente favolosa la spa molto attrezzata da non perdere la vasca riscaldata all’esterno che si può godere il tramonto con vista sulle pale che diventano rosse

Esperienza molto positiva. E' il terzo anno che mi reco nella struttura: ha un parcheggio interno chiuso da sbarra o cancello. L'albergo è pulito, comodo, tenuto con cura. La spa è raccolta ma non le manca niente. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La parte di ristorazione è valida: la colazione è al buffet molto variegata. La cena presenta piatti locali nella giusta abbondanza. Particolarmente gradito il buffet delle verdure appen entrati. I camerieri cambiano ogni anno, sono ragazzi giovani ma attenti e professionali, solamente la sig.ra Teresa è la stessa che abbiamo incontrato più anni consecutivi. E' simpatica, disponibile alle richieste, porta tutto con cura. Consiglio una vacanza in struttura.

Hotel bello e confortevole con diversi spazi comuni per poter trascorrere momenti in compagnia. Bella e ampia spa anche con zone all’aperto con bellissima vista. Ottima posizione al centro di San Martino.
