"The perfect place for a family trip, right in the center of San Martino di Castrozza therefore you don't need to move the car to have a walk in the center or to go to the skying school. Our room was spacious super clean and warm. The warm pool is the perfect place where to spend a couple if hour in the afternoon after playing in the cold with the snow. The staff is kind and in the restaurant is plenty of delicious choices for dinner. We are definitely coming back next year!"

"Let's start by saying that the staff is unhelpful, the hotel isn't very clean, and the food is repetitive and even subpar. The staff in question tried to scam us by telling us we didn't have the original key to our room (we had a spare), even though it was the same one they'd given us on our first day. They told us we'd have to pay them €50 to change the locks and clone the key, and when my roommate told them she'd give it to them, they even called her rude. So we showed them proof that the key we had was the spare one they'd given us on our first day, and the front desk gave us a rude response. Let's move on to the food: the pasta was overcooked, the meatballs tasted stale, and the pizza dough they served us was raw. It must be said, however, that breakfast was decent. There was one occasion when the water in the bathroom was yellow or cloudy, making it impossible to shower. Also, some showers don't have hot water. The doors and beds are falling apart, some don't even close, so there's little privacy. Speaking of privacy, the walls feel like papier-mâché, as you can hear people through them. The price is absolutely not worth it. Sure, it has a prime location with spectacular views, but that doesn't make up for the rest of the hotel's negatives."

"The rooms were very beautiful (I had taken the suite with two-site hydromassage bathroom . That was worth it) spacious, well clean, light, perfect bathroom with excellent cottages. Nice collection of books on the Alps. Nice garden (the appetizer Thursday that is almost a dinner. A pleasant spa. Not very big but with everything necessary. Light restaurant room .
