Very nice cozy hotel. The room gives a warm and luxurious feeling with stunning views over the bay. The hotel is ideally located in between a busy shopping and restaurants area which makes everything perfect. The staffs are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are always attentive and ready to go the extra mile to help anyone in need. A definite must come again for me. 🤩 Special thanks to Ayhan and team for all the help through out my stay. Thank you.

Stay was really nice and stuff of hotel is really helpful!especially Mr. Ayhan and Mrs Eda Location of hotel is one of the best in Istanbul Street in front of hotel is full of caffes and resturants. I would recomend resturant in hotel which have really good food!

Ayhan was amazing and so helpful. Anything we asked he helped us, we felt super safe the hotel is amazing - everything great!! The rooms are super clean, the brasserie offers great food and excellent service. Mohammed helped us with the checkout and transfer to the airport, so great

Loveddddd the hotel and the staff. Eda at the reception was soo hospitable . Ayhan, the doormat was also sooo soo nice and they are friendly and helped us so much. Erdal at the breakfast also serviced us and was nice. House keepers were nice. And was clean and new. And the location was very suitable for shopping.

One of the best hotels and best area of town, The staff were very friendly and nice as well as helpful by all means . The service was amazing by all hotel staff.I highly recommend this hotel. Awesome food And big thanks to, Ayhan, Esmail and Ozgur.

I booked at this hotel for 3 nights, and the receptionist, Ida, and Mr. Ismail, were very nice. When their working hours were over, others came, and unfortunately they were uncooperative, their manners were strange, and they did not belong to those who came before them in any way. However, I put my bags with them until I left on the same day, and when I asked the worker to brought the bags outside and I was standing with him and told him that these were the bags. Unfortunately, he brought the bag and missed one ,because he was busy chasing others for tips. I arrived at the airport and discovered the error and they did not even try to contact me and I had to return to the hotel from the airport and it cost me 120 dollars one way.

Super expérience . Hôtel is very nice and the breakfast is complete . You can have occidental or Turkish breakfast, both served very fresh and directly from the kitchen . Ismail has been super friendly and professional. He’s here to help you and to make you feel at home . Thanks again Ismail
