The room I stayed in was hygienic. The welcome when entering the hotel was nice. The design and comfort were worse than the time I stayed 6 years ago. Grand Cevahir is a well-established hotel that has proven itself, but it should go further in terms of design and comfort.

Terrible experience at the check in as they forced us to pay extra even-though booking was done through ******* app and full payment was already made. Can not rely on the hotel as you don’t know what you face or can expect after a very long flight. We will definitely not go back.

Exceptional in every way. From the porter who takes your bags to the last ever smiling waiter. Therefore, recommended by a friend who had stayed in 2023, I was on the safe side and I confirm it. Rooms like suites, double bed with adjoining bedroom and 2 separate beds. There were 3 of us. It has an indoor pool, spa and outdoor pool. Separate restaurant and breakfast room. 12 stories high. Unique view of the city that I can't explain how beautiful and cultured it is. Very popular with young people especially at Galaport. Beautiful experience

That was a remarkable experience in this hotel. Breakfast was awesome and delicious. There was pool inside and outside the hotel. Staff of the hotel was kind and polite. Rooms was clean and also had a citywide view. The hotel is in the Europe side of turkey and in the very good location, near by the sisli street and Jevajir mall which end to the taksim square and esteklal street.

In general, it was not too bad, but the delay we experienced at the entrance and the indifferent attitude of the staff were troublesome enough. We arrived at 2 am anyway, we were made to wait with the child in our arms for more than half an hour, if we didn't raise our voices they would make us wait even longer.
