The guy with pigtails is very enthusiastic and the service is considerate and nice.
Thanks again to the little brother with pigtails for his enthusiasm and making us feel at home every time
Not to mention the environment and scenery
The only thing is that there are too many mirrors (maybe foreigners like it)

The room is very dark, there is little light and the sound of the roof falling is very loud, I couldn't sleep at all because of the view.

More of a well appointed Bed & Breakfast place than a fully functioning Hotel. Don't expect room service or in fact any food other than Breakfast. The Hotel is located in a rather run down local district about 20mins by Taxi from the Toursit sites, so factor in daily Uber rides to and from the hotel daily. Having said that the staff are reasonably friendly, if not trained to a european standard that you would expect from a 4 Star eleswhere. Some requests are a struggle. Get a room on the 5th or 6th Floor unless your happy to stare at the side of a building, most rooms have small balconies, which is nice. The rooms are appointed well above standard as can be seen from the pictures and although the Air-Con and Mini Fridge were less than acceptable they kind of worked. Would I stay here again, No. I would recommend paying a bit more and getting a Hotel where all the action and sites are located around Galata area or on the other side of the River.

Nicely located but small hotel well appointed. However during my stay 15th April there was no room service and incredibly no restaurant except breakfast. This is totally unacceptable for a 4 Star at comparable prices to much better in the area.
