The light room was very bad. My room was not cleaned and the towels were not changed during my stay( 5 nights). There were few facilities in the room, for example, paper napkin and bottle of water.They only leave two small bottle of water for the first night, not the other nights.

Kaldığımız oda 4. Kat 1401 numaralı oda Odanın zemini baya yıpranmış, abajurların yenileri ile değiştirilmesi gerekiyor baya kötü durumdalar. Klimaların içleri toz doluydu ve baktığında gözüküyordu acil olarak o kötü görüntünün giderilmesi lazım. Böyle bir konumda olan bir yerin daha fazla bakıma ihtiyacı var işletme olarak genel bakim yapılmalıdır.

This hotel is nicely located to metro şişli and near to center of istanbul. Breakfast was nice and room has fast internet. Personel speak english and very helpful

Located in the residential area in Sisli, this hotel felt like a home away from home. It was away from the main road and was free of traffic noise. The room was comfortable. Breakfast buffet has basics covered.

I don't like it

We just spent a night there cuz we wanted to explore different part of Istanbul. The location is comparatively convenient. Not close to any tourist spot but you will have all the necessities you need. Bus stop, metro and big shopping mall is nearby. The room is tidy and clean. Not fancy kind but the view outside of the window is amazing especially on a sunny day.

The hotel is in a somewhat hidden place otherwise the staff is very welcoming, cleanliness level is not that great

I liked the hotel, clean linen and towels, spacious room. Breakfast is buffet, standard Turkish breakfast, filter coffee, tea, juice. The only negative is good audibility, but this is the case everywhere in Turkey. Overall I recommend the hotel. The location is convenient, close to the metro and the Cevahir shopping center with a bunch of shops. There is a good cheap canteen near the shopping center. From here there are 2 stations to Taksim. Nice view from the window.

The hotel is in good condition, corresponds to its price, the rooms are under the roof, as if a little flooded, judging by the baseboards and parquet. Dirty windows, but the view makes up for everything. The rest of the room is in good condition and there is a small kitchen in the deluxe rooms.
