不錯，二個人入住房間也夠了，房間及衞生間的洗漱用品基本都有，酒店周圍吃的也方便，酒店前台接待也很熱情，我們入住離開前台都會主動積極幫忙搬行李，總之感覺都很滿意。

The service is great. If you want to do your own laundry, you need to ask the front desk for hangers. The hangers in the closet can only be hung in the closet.

This is my 10th time in Istanbul and my worst experience was in this hotel. I booked 5 nights but when I saw the situation I spent only one night. I chose it for the good rating, however found it totally the opposite. 1- Room was very dirty and had mold, dust on floor and dirty walls and furniture. 2- AC had loud sound I couldn’t sleep all night. 3-TV not working 4-Drawer had dirty fork with pizza from a previous guest. 5-The staff is not professional or nice, they idea about hospitality is simply saying yes, sure while ignoring your request ( for changing your room for such issues!) When i asked to check out, no one even helped to take my luggage from the room to the stairs outside. Room are way different than the pictures and smaller. Simply avoid, Istanbul and this Area specifically has way better options.
