We had room 73. Shower sprayed everywhere except where it was supposed to spray. This was resolved after our complaint, but the shower door does not close the shower cabin, causing water to flow into the bathroom and sleeping accommodation. As a result, my wife slipped in the bathroom and suffered a bruised foot, arm and back. We had imagined a different stay, but no apologies were made.

The experience was very pleased, the location was perfect especially for shopping and hanging out. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially Onur, Murat and Hakkan they welcomed us, supported us with taxis and made sure that all our needs were met. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

The best hotel I have stayed at in Istanbul. Very cosy and feels like home. Location is perfect and all the staff (cleaners, security , reception, room service, etc) were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, always offering their help and going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the room very clean and well maintained during our stay. Special thanks to Alper, Onur and Yasemine.

Had the best experience in this hotel. The location is amazing it’s close to many attractions. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. I had a great experience dealing with Seda. She went beyond her tasks to help me have a better stay. My mom was craving food from outside but was not feeling well enough to go out. sweet seda ordered the food for us and delivered it herself to the room among other nice gestures. Seeing her dedication I highly recommend the stay nisantasi as your go to hotel in istanbul.

My stay was flawless.. from staff to cleanliness to space to food to quality to paying attention to details and making sure that we were happy the whole time… indeed the authentic Turkish hospitality at its best. The property is beautiful and my room was spacious and neat. The entire crew made us feel right at home.. SEDA is a sweetheart and ONUR at the reception is a true gem, very resourceful and pleasantly helpful.. the girls who serve us at breakfast are truly lovely and always smiling and what a way to start our day . Thank you for making us feel warm and comfy . Love from Nancy and Hassan ❤️

Amazing hotel .The location is excellent everything is just a walk away from the hotel. Breakfast was superb ,staff were amazing ,helpful would definately go back. Rooms are clean .Honestly will recommend this hotel to friends and family.☺️
