hotel within easy reach of old town and airport. we returned avis car next door in Sheraton complex.

The location of the hotel is good, and the hardware is good among hotels in Istanbul. But the service level is really incomparable with domestic hotels. I only stayed for one night and experienced four front desk staff. Only one girl's service was professional. The other three men had a very average attitude towards the guests staying in the hotel. Two of the young male front desk staff had extremely bad attitudes, were very unprofessional and even impolite.

The hotel is situated in a great location, not far from the Taksim Square. That is very convenient to take the underground from there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only minor drawback was that the surfaces like window sills, tea station and night tables in the room were dusty when we arrived. On the whole, I think Radisson Harbiye is a perfect place to stay in Istanbul.

They tried charging me for items from the mini-bar although I had not taken those items from the mini-bar. They eventually believed me, but it's still unnecessary to have to fight about this during checkout.
Otherwise good location and friendly staff. Free bottles of water every day is a nice touch.

Superb stay for business trip. Excellent reception team with smiling faces. Room is nice, clean, comfortable and good equipped. Bed is comfortable for a deep sleep. Bathroom is clean and has everything what is needed.
